Return/Exchange/Refund Policy


Exchanges are on a case by case bases. Depending on the style ordered and custom nature. Remember all our products are made to order. 


Although I will make an exception depending on the situation and item, we do not accept returns on sizes XS and XL, customized orders, all harnesses, personalized buckles, key fobs or friendship bracelets. We will not return or exchange items purchased past 30 days. We consider collars damaged past 60 days normal wear-tear or improper care. 


All our products are made to order because we don't carry an inventory we charge a restocking fee of 10% for each item returned. We do not refund shipping & handling charged. Please contact me if you would like to return or exchange an item before sending it back

PERSONALIZED ITEMS: we will not refund or exchange items that have been personalized or are sold ALL SALES FINAL. If the collar is too big, we can take in the collar but customer will be responsible for shipping the collar back to us. If the incorrect information was provided for the inscription and a replacement buckle is needed, it is the customers responsibility to pay the cost of the replacement buckle (and S&H) and mail the collar back to us. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you feel like your item is defective/ broke before 60 days. Please contact me.  We won't issue a refund but we will replace it. Past 60 days, it's considered normal wear & tear. Each dog is built differently. If you're dog pulls, we recommend buying a martingale or double bar buckle collar. Nylon will tear if not bought in the approriate width suitable for the weight of your dog. 

WRONG SIZE/ COLOR PREFERENCE: We don't offer free exchanges unless the error was made on our end. If customer orders the wrong size or color isn't what was expected. We can exchange the item but customer is responsible for the cost of shipping original items back and new shipping charges.
